This document describes how the platform currently works. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and does not by itself guarantee legal compliance.
How it works
- Sign in and submit the form below. Being signed in is how we confirm the request comes from the account owner — no extra ID documents are needed.
- We aim to handle requests within one month (the GDPR deadline). Your data is not deleted automatically the moment you submit; you will see the status change here.
- We delete your account, pets, health records, posts, AI conversations and memories.
- Exceptions: payment and order records are kept for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it, and we may keep data needed for an ongoing dispute or fraud investigation.
- You can already delete individual pets, posts, AI conversations and memories yourself in your dashboard.
