2. The service

Ceasaris Fauna is an online platform for pet owners offering pet profiles and a health passport, online consultations with animal-care specialists, an AI assistant, lost & found reports, adoption listings, community features, a webshop, subscriptions and donations for stray animals. Features may change or be marked as a preview.

3. Not a substitute for emergency care

Online advice and the AI assistant cannot replace a physical examination. The AI assistant can make mistakes and does not give veterinary diagnoses. In an emergency, contact a local veterinarian immediately.

4. Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep your password secret. Users under 16 need permission from a parent or guardian. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

5. Your content

You remain owner of what you post and give us permission to show it on the platform. Do not post unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, or other people's personal data without permission. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown including VAT before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe or Mollie. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled online in your dashboard under Subscriptions. See the Refund Policy.

7. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific outcomes for your animal. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Law

Dutch law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
