This document describes how the platform currently works. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and does not by itself guarantee legal compliance.
Webshop products
As an EU consumer you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason. Return the product unused within 14 days after notifying us; we refund the purchase price and standard delivery costs within 14 days of your notice (we may wait until we receive the product). Return shipping costs are for you unless stated otherwise.
Online consultations
You may cancel a booked consultation before it starts for a full refund. By starting a consultation you ask us to perform the service immediately; once it has been fully performed the withdrawal right no longer applies.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled online at any time in your dashboard under Subscriptions; they end at the end of the current paid period. Within 14 days of first subscribing you may withdraw; you then pay only for the part already used.
Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts and are generally not refundable. If you donated by mistake (for example a wrong amount), contact us promptly and we will review the request.
How to request
Payments are processed by Stripe or Mollie using the methods shown at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method. A contact address for refund requests still needs to be published; see company details on the Privacy page.
